My family and I will also be having our summer vacation in Hong Kong. I checked out the hotel you mentioned in your post and it seems nice. My friend has an apartment there in Hong Kong and he invited me to stay with her. But I am bringing my family with me so I think it will be better if we will just stay in a hotel.
