Button is giving birth right this moment! I am at Elrio right now...watching her in case she needs help.
Last Thursday, we took her to the clinic to find out how many puppies she is carrying. The xray result clearly showed three puppies (big ones, too!) but I could faintly see one more hidden behind another puppy. So, I am not sure...
The kids were picked up by Tito Nonnoy 10 minutes ago. They will wait in Pangi so I can give Button my full attention.
Button already gave birth to one puppy. She kept whining all morning. When I checked her an hour ago, one puppy was already out. I coached Button to remove the placenta and cord. She licked it off. I was scared that she might bite the cord too close to the puppy and might even hurt the puppy. Good thing she didn't.
