We had no internet access the whole day yesterday! I am relieved that it is back today but I don't know for how long this will last until the next downtime.
I kept trying to call Globe's customer service hotline yesterday. I wasted almost an hour just by waiting for someone to answer my call. My husband was finally able to get through at almost 12 midnight last night.
We are really dissatisfied with their service and fully regret transferring to Globe from our previous provider - Bayantel. We are now considering going back. I must type a formal complaint letter to Globe to request a cancellation of their service now.
If I disappear again for a day or two you now know why - blame Globe. Boohoo!
