Mark the date, folks. Today is officially the first time that baby Liam laughed! I say officially because he has been trying to laugh for the past two weeks now. Whenever I talk to him and try to make him laugh, he smiles his biggest smile and makes a tiny sound. And after doing it again and again, he always ends up with the hiccups. This time though, he didn't have the hiccups after laughing at me.
